Service contain the terms and conditions that govern your use of the Site and IHF MUSIC Service as
mentioned below. Purchase of any product or service on the Site constitutes your agreement to and
acceptance of all the Terms of Services pertained to Iron Horse Films, LLC and IHF MUSIC site.

1. Iron Horse Films, LLC Service. Iron Horse Films, LLC provides an Internet-based service for artist and consumers through the Site for download purchasing and uploading service for artist who wish to sell their music through IHF MUSIC which is a division of Iron Horse Films, LLC. Artists who would like to sell their music for digital download must also enter into the Digital Rights Agreement with Iron Horse Films, LLC. found here:( Coming Soon). Iron Horse Films, LLC allows all Users to browse the Site for purchase of music from IHF MUSIC site, but must be a registered user to purchase and download the music. Iron Horse Films, LLC may offer a number of other services to come on our music store site, such as other products, message boards, contests, and newsletters, which may change anytime with or without notice.
2. The Use of IHF MUSIC music store services.
a. To Be Eligible to use IHF MUSIC site. Iron Horse Films, LLC. will only knowingly provide our HF MUSIC store for artist sign up and/or purchase of downloads services to parties that can lawfully enter into and form contracts under applicable law. If you are under the age of 18 you may ONLY use the IHF MUIC site and services only under the supervision and permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms Of Service.
b. Compliance With Terms Of Service and the Applicable Law. You must comply with all of the terms and conditions of these Terms Of Service, the applicable agreements and policies referred to below, and all applicable laws, regulations and rules when you use IHF MUSIC site.
c. Your License to Use IHF MUSIC site Service.
1. Iron Horse Films, IHF MUSIC division, solely and exclusively owns all intellectual property and rights, title and interest in and to IHF MUSIC site. You will not acquire any right, title and interest therein under these Terms Of Service.
2. Iron Horse Films, LLC. grants you a limited revocable license to access and use the IHF MUSIC site and any other service that Iron Horse Films, LLC may provide for its intended purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms Of Service. This license does not include the right to collect and/or use information contained on the Site for purposes prohibited by Iron Horse Films, LLC; create derivative works based on the music provide, products provided, and/ or any third party content available via the Site; or download or copy the Site. If you use the Site in a manner that exceeds the scope of this license or breach any to the Term Of Service mentioned in this document, Iron Horse Films will revoke the license granted to you respectively.
3. When you registered as an artist to Iron Horse Films, LLC to sell your music on IHF MUSIC site you are agreeing to let Iron Horse Films, LLC and IHF MUSIC site to use your music for promotional use only to use in commercial, radio, internet and/or any other media outlet that helps promote IHF MUSIC site and Iron Horse Films, LLC company and website.
3. Third-Party Services. Iron Horse Films, LLC may use third parties for our music site (IHF MUSIC) to provide certain services needed to run our site. Since Iron Horse Films, LLC, nor the IHF MUSIC division does not control those third parties or their services; you agree that Iron Horse Films, LLC and IHF MUSIC division will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services. These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies you will have to read and be able to understand. You must comply with such terms and policies as well as these Terms Of Service when you use these services. If any such terms and/or policies conflict with Iron Horse Films and IHF MUSIC site Terms Of Service, agreements and/or policies, you must comply with Iron Horse Films, LLC and IHF MUSIC site Terms Of Service, agreements and policies.
4. Rules and prohibited Use Of the Site.
You cannot interfere and tamper with IHF MUSIC site and Iron Horse Films, LLC website by using viruses, trojans, worms, mal ware, or any other programs or technology designed to disrupt or damage any software or hardware.
B. Modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any technology that is used o provide for Iron Horse Films, LLC and IHF MUSIC.
C. Using any devices such as robots, spiders or any other device or process to monitor the activity on or copy pages from the Site.
D. Cannot collect electronic mail addresses and other information from third parties by using IHF MUSIC and Iron Horse Films, LLC website.
E. Cannot impersonate, pose, falsely use, another persons identity or entity.
F. Cannot use any meta tags, search terms, key terms, that have and contain Iron Horse Films, LLC and IHF MUSIC trade name and/or trademarks.
G. Cannot engage in any activity that interferes with another user's ability to use and enjoy IHF MUSIC site and Iron Horse Films, LLC website.
H. Cannot assist, encourage, engage, and promote, any third party and yourself in any activity prohibited by these posted Terms Of Service.
5. Privacy Policy. When you register to IHF MUSIC site you agree to IHF MUSIC and Iron Horse Films, LLC Terms OF Service agreement collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with IHF MUSIC and Iron Horse Films, LLC Privacy Policy. 6. Ordering Music. If you purchase Products, you agree to do so in accordance with the Customer Bill of Rights below govern by Iron Horse Films, LLC and IHF MUSIC.
Remember you cannot cancel a digital download that you have ordered. All music downloads purchased from IHF MUISC site and Iron Horse films, LLC website is sold as is. We encourage you that, before you purchase any of the digital download music make sure it is the music you want. For any product purchase you can cancel your order by contacting our Customer Service by email: support@ironhorsefilms.net or by phone (coming soon). Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel. Also you cannot cancel and/or modify an order that has already been processed.
7. Monitoring.
Iron Horse Films, LLC reserves the right to monitor transactions and communications that occur through the Site. If Iron Horse Films, LLC determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that you or another IHF MUSIC user will breach a term or condition of these Terms Of Service and/or that such transaction(s), communication(s), or any other use of IHF MUSIC site and Iron Horse Films, LLC website is being used inappropriate or in an in an inappropriate manner, Iron Horse Films, LLC will cancel such transaction and take any other action to restrict access to and the availability of any material that may be considered objectionable, without any liability to you or any third party.
8. Updating or Changing of the Service. Iron Horse Films, LLC may modify, change, or update our services at any time with or without notice to you, and will incur no liability for doing such a matter.
9. Submitting any Ideas. When you submit questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, message board postings, material submitted via web forms, contest entries, communications or any other information to Iron Horse Films, LLC or IHF MUSIC, you grant Iron Horse Films, LLC and IHF MUSIC permission to use such submissions for any commercialized advertising, marketing and any other promotional purposes on and off air ways. You agree that Iron Horse Films, LLC and IHF MUSIC will have no obligation to keep anything you submitted (which is stated in this paragraph) or will stay confidential and you will not bring a claim against Iron Horse Films, LLC and IHF MUSIC based on moral rights, fairness, moral obligation, and/or any other rights and /or fairness pertains to this statement.
10. Representations and Warranties.
1. Mutual Representations and Warranties. You represent and warrant to Iron Horse Films, LLC and IHF MUSIC and Iron Horse Films, LLC and IHFF MUSIC represents and warrants to you:
A. That you are of age which is stated in this Terms Of Service and have the full power and authority to enter into and perform under these Terms Of Service agreements.
B. The execution and performance of your obligations under these Terms Of Service does not constitute a breach of and/or conflict with any other agreement, arrangement, or any other statement by which you are bound to.
C. These Terms Of Service are a legal, valid, and are a binding obligation of the party entering into these Terms Of Service agreements and is enforceable in accordance with their terms and conditions.
11. Your agreement when you register. You warrant and represent to Iron Horse Films, LLC and IHF MUSIC in your use of the Iron Horse Films, LLC and IHF MUSIC:
A. You will not infringe the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of privacy, right of publicity and other legal right of any third party.
B. You will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
C. You will not hold and there are no claims, demands and/or any form of litigation pending and/or, to the best of your knowledge, threatened with respect to any of your submission to Iron Horse Films, LLC and IHF MUSIC.
D. Iron Horse Films, LLC and IHF MUSIC will not and shall not be required to make any payments to any third party in connection with its use of your submissions ad registration to Iron Horse Films, LLC and IHF MUSIC. Iron Horse Films, LLC and IHF MUISC are only responsible for the expenses that Iron Horse Films, LLC and IHF MUSIC incur in providing our services.
E. You understand that the use of any instructions, formulae, recommendations, and/or the like contained in your registration and/or submissions will not cause injury to any third party.
F. When you register or submit anything to Iron Horse Films, LLC and IHF MUSIC; your registration and submissions does not contain viruses and/or any other programs or technology designed to disrupt and/or damage any software and/or hardware.
12. Disclaimers, Exclusions, and Limitations.

A. IRON HORSE FILMS, LLC and IHF MUSIC HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
1a. EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES. IRON HORSE FILMS, LLC and IHF MUSIC WILL NOT AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU AND/OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE AND/OR SPECIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES RELATING TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR LOSS OF GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF, RELATING TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF IRON HORSE FILMS, LLC and IHF MUSIC SERVICES, BASED ON ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IRON HORSE FILMS, LLC and IHF MUSIC DOES NOT HOLD ANY LIABILITY; THIS SITE IS A"USE AT YOUR RISK".
14. INDEMNIFICATION. 15. HOW TO BE TERMINATED.

B. These Terms Of Service will surely and indefinitely remain unless and until IRON HORSE FILMS, LLC and IHF MUSIC choose to terminate them ourselves.
C. Effect of Termination.
